As I recall, the T6 Roadster was actually independently built by an ex-Volvo Cars and Koenigsegg engineer, and turned out so well Volvo rented/borrowed it from him to exhibit on the show circuit. Other than the body, pretty much all the compon ents were stock Volvo parts as much as possible.
